What We Can Help With
We’re happy to hear from you about:
- Corrections — outdated information, changed bonus terms, broken links, factual errors
- Suggestions — topics you’d like us to cover, comparisons that would be useful, questions our guides don’t yet answer
- Reader experiences — if you’ve had dealings with an operator we’ve reviewed (good or bad) that contradict our assessment, we want to hear about it. Real reader experience is one of the most valuable inputs we get.
- General questions about the UK online casino landscape, regulation, or anything else covered on the site
- Media and press enquiries, including interview requests and expert commentary
- Partnerships with operators, software providers, and other gambling industry organisations
What We Can’t Help With
We’re an independent information site, not a gambling operator. That means we can’t help with:
- Account issues at any casino — deposits, withdrawals, verification, locked accounts, disputed winnings, bonus problems. These are entirely between you and the operator concerned. Their customer support team is the right starting point; if they fail to resolve the issue, the operator’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider is your next step.
- Complaints about operators — we can note your experience for our editorial records and it may inform future coverage, but we have no ability to intervene on your behalf
- Personalised gambling, financial, or legal advice — nothing on our site, including correspondence with us, constitutes professional advice
- Recovering gambling losses — we have no role here and would strongly encourage anyone in financial difficulty caused by gambling to contact the support services listed below
If you’re not sure whether we’re the right people to ask, send the message anyway. If we can’t help, we’ll point you toward someone who can.
Reporting Inaccurate Content
If something we’ve published is wrong — a bonus that’s changed, a licence that’s been updated, a withdrawal time that no longer matches reality — please tell us. Include:
- The page or article in question (URL is helpful)
- What’s inaccurate
- The corrected information, with a source if possible
We take editorial accuracy seriously and will update content promptly when an error is brought to our attention.
Need Gambling Support?
If you’re contacting us because gambling has become a problem for you or someone close to you, we want to flag the right resources immediately — these organisations are far better placed to help than we are:
- GamCare — free, confidential support and advice: gamcare.org.uk
- National Gambling Helpline — 0808 8020 133 (24 hours a day, every day)
- BeGambleAware — begambleaware.org
- GAMSTOP — free national self-exclusion across all UK-licensed gambling sites: gamstop.co.uk
- Samaritans — if you’re in crisis, call 116 123 free, any time
You don’t have to be sure it’s a “problem” to reach out to any of these services. They’re there for anyone with questions, concerns, or just a feeling that something isn’t right.
